Tooling Systems
By utilizing a multitude of sophisticated tooling, including temporary, compound, and laser produced rule dies, Die-Cut Products can accommodate your varied shielding needs.

Thousands of rule dies are available. These include standard shapes, circles, rectangles and rings. Whenever possible these standard dies are utilized, thereby minimizing your tooling costs.

Adhesive Systems
Pressure-sensitive adhesives can be applied to most types of EMI/RFI shielding materials, including conductive elastometers.

Special Handling
Due to the characteristics of many EMI/RFI shielding materials, special care and attention is required in their handling.

During the storage, fabrication and packaging of these materials Die-Cut Products maintains rigid controls, insuring that the finished products meet your exacting specifications.

Special Grade Material
The United States Government and CHOMERICS have cooperated in developing a new specification, MIL-G-83528 covering conductive elastomeric materials. Die-Cut Products can provided certification as required.
