Custom Fabrication
Our production facility lends itself to short, medium, and long runs, and can supply shims ranging in size from .125" diameter up to 80" diameter.

Due to our large inventory of stock dies, cut-outs, slots, keyways and irregular shapes can be produced in many cases without tooling charges.

If delivery is critical, we will do everything possibly to help you meet your deadline. In many cases shims can be fabricated and shipped within days.

Precision Tolerances
By utilizing the latest in die-making and stamping technology, extremely tight tolerances can be maintained in the production of both metallic and plastic shims.

Extensive Inventory
Whether your shim application calls for phosphor bronze or color coded plastic, stainless steel or aluminum, you can be assured that Die-Cut Products maintains a substantial inventory of many materials, in a wide range of tempers and thicknesses, from .0005" to 3/16" thick. Material certifications are commonly supplied.

Adhesive Systems
Application of foam and film type adhesives on all shim material is our specialty. Either double or single sided adhesive backed shims, can be supplied.

Laminated Sheeting
Laminated steel, brass, aluminum, and stainless is stocked in a wide range of thicknesses.

These materials can be supplied to meet MIL-S-22499.
